i hate my boyfriend

yesterday my boyfriend started playing around with me. usually we can play fight and tease each other but i am extremely insecure about myself especially my nose. i've shared this with him before too. he just started teasing me about it and telling me "your nose is so huge and pointy. it's in the way when i kiss you. you look like a bird" laughing and such. and i just started to cry because he's teased me on this before and i told him that's low of him to say because im extremely insecure of my nose. i can't even forget what he said it's all that i think about when i talk to him. he obviously apologized and is trying to make it up to me and tells me im the most beautiful girl he's ever seen but now i feel like he's just lying because he just basically told me i have an ugly nose? am i wrong for kinda hating him for this?
