Upper back/Rib pain

Anyone experiencing severe upper back pain and rib pain? All on my right side. It comes and goes but it’s only when I’m sitting or standing. It will go away immediately when I lay down but when standing or sitting it will actually take my breath away it hurts so bad.

I’m 21w2d and have had this for a few days now. Too the point I can’t do anything besides lay down to relieve the pain. I’ve tried heat but it doesn’t seem to help.

I did call my doctor yesterday and they told me Tylenol and heat, of which neither have helped so I’m going to call again tomorrow when they are open but looking to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. Thanks!
