Okay guys, I’m new to the app but I have some serious questions. I had nexplanon put in in May of 2016. I’m supposed to get it removed in May of this year. I loved this birth control. It was just there no worries. Now however looking back I believe this birth control may have effected me negatively. My periods are all over the place and when I do have one they are extremely painful and sometimes I will cramp for days with no blood. I also have noticed my mood is all over the place, and i have pregnancy type symptoms such as sore boobs, cravings, and hormone issues. I also can barely loose weight even though I exercise 4-5 times a week. Anyone else on nexplanon? Are these normal symptoms? Should I get it replaced in May or try something else. I would like to try for a baby within 1-2 years.
