What is CONING??? Please let me know anything you know on this?

Girls I'm almost 30weeks, and I have a cone STOMACHE happening. For my second pregnancy I'm new to this and I do not understand why this has happened. Will it cause a baby to not turn and flip head down? Does it have effects for labor or delivery? I need all the advice and knowledge you have for me. I'm so afraid this effects a baby. My baby measure right on time , normal weight also.
