Im planning to switch from pills (try-estralla) to the paragard because i want to see what im like without extra hormones. Ive had a lot of behavioral changes and mental issues because of how i feel on the pill.

Ive been doing a ton of research but my main questions are, how are the periods afterwards? Do they get really really bad and then it gets better or do I just get used to how bad it is? And do you feel different emotionally or mentally? Any mood swings or depressive side effects?
