Orgasming

I can orgasm myself, but I can’t orgasm from penetration from a guy. I get this feeling of having to pee, does that mean I’m going to squirt? I’m always super concerned because i don’t wanna actually pee. I always hold it in & not enjoy sex for that reason. I think my bf feels bad because I can’t/ don’t orgasm from him, but it could be just me not allowing it to happen
