Yes it is the placenta. You cant tell if it is previa from this picture. Most of the time if they are unsure they will do intravaginal ultrasound. And the doctor will most definitely inform you.

Yes it’s the placenta. Can’t tell if you have placenta précis bc I’m not an ultrasound tech and isk where your cervix is at but they should’ve informed you at your ultrasound if that’s the case
