Twins?

I am apparantly 4 weeks but I am already showing. It's not bloat because I'm super skinny and I know how I feel when I'm bloated.

I have a baby bump it's super small but my blood work came back showing I'm 4 weeks. My fiance and I think that we are farther along. I have also had my period, I have bled for 7 days. My uterus still hurts like it's growing like it should. I have a doctors appointment today and I will be asking my doctor if she can set up an ultrasound for me today.

My fiance is in jail for a crime he didn't commit and he is missing my pregnancy because the county wants money. I have been stressed out by this and have been scared to be alone while pregnant. I started bleeding the 12th and just finished recently. This situation has caused me emotional damage and stress on my pregnancy.

Both sides of the family have twins in their history so do you think since I'm already showing that I could be pregnant with twins?
