Bloating before period
Anyone else get craaazzzyyyy bloated before their period? And actually weigh in heavier! I usually sit around 54-55 kg..weighed in this morning at 56.2! I shouldn’t be saddened by this because a year ago I was almost anorexic :/ but always weary!!!
Anyone have some science behind why we bloat so much/weigh in heavier?
