Relationship at steak

Soo I’ve been with my boyfriend for about a half a year and I supposedly took his virginity about 3 months into our relationship. About a month or two later I started getting these yeast infections and from time to time when it got really strong I would take the miconazole. I have gotten better but just recently he complained about his top dick being smelly which is weird bc when I have smelled it, there wasn’t a smell at all and he now complained about his throat hurting for two weeks now. I’m a little on the edge because I haven’t cheated on him and had sex with anybody else and certainly haven’t had oral sex with anybody else other than him so i don’t know what it could be. I got tested and I wasn’t pregnant and while I took that test I was told I was clean regarding any HIV or anything like that. He does not have pain when he pees or doesn’t have any bumps and nor do I so I just need help ..our relationship is honestly based off of if he can find anything and the more he looked up things the more it freaked him out ..
