Hey!

I have been on the implant for 5 years and the Patch for almost 2 years. I wanted to give my body "a break" with fear that when I'm ready to conceive I may struggle but my doctor said there was "no need". I gave my body a 4 week break and I go really bad acnee and came back on. I'm assuming it's because of my hormones trying to regulate themselves naturally. Has anyone had any issues after coming off the Patch
