Endometriosis??

I fear that I might have endometriosis, I’ve been to the Gyno but I haven’t told her that I believe I might have this. I went for a regular checkup and the gynecologist said everything looked fine. I went for a second time when I was pregnant but had an ectopic pregnancy and the gynecologist didn’t tell me I had endometriosis so I’m not sure if I do. I’ve looked up the symptoms and I have basically all of them: pelvis pain, back pain, heavy flow, cramp pain (vomit is I don’t take medicine for these cramps) , pain during certain positions in sex, and blood clots during period. I’m feeling very worried because I want to be a mom and I’m posting because I’m wondering if anyone with endometriosis has had children with no complications because of the endometriosis. Could anyone share their story with me?
