How long after a lap can I go back to ttc?

Question

Just wondering what everyone else’s experience were and how long it took you to conceive after a lap. 
I’ve been trying for 7 months and now going for a lap in 2.5 weeks. Just anxious to get back to ttc after the surgery is done and I’m ovulating a week after my surgery.

Wait about a week. I did this and fell pregnant With my son 5 years ago. The first 6 months after surgery you have the highest fertility.

I had a lap last Friday, my doctor said to wait around a week after surgery.

My doctor said to wait one cycle and I did.

My doctor wanted me to wait one cycle but I still tried that cycle anyway. I had it in September and did an IUI in December that (for now) seems to have been a success.

Ask your surgeon, but I would assume a couple of weeks. Good luck!
