I started taking birth control for the first time a week ago and every time I take it I feel really nauseous for a little and it comes at different times. Is it the birth control pill or my body getting used to it ??? What can I do to help?

Yes, it’s ur body trying to adjust to the pills. There’s nothing u can do about the spotting. But, for the nausea, u can try taking ur pill with food, or if u don’t already do so u can try changing the time u take the pill to right before bed (if ur schedule allows it)... for some this helps, because they can sometimes sleep through it.
