Baby measuring big ?

Question

So on the 16th I went to my 30 week sonogram and the lady said my baby’s stomach is measuring 33 weeks cause she’s 4 pounds already . So does that mean I’m 33 weeks ? Also my ob said give it 5-6 more weeks so when she said that I think I’m 33 weeks instead of 30 weeks

It just means baby is bigger than normal not necessarily more developed. Might mean you get induced earlier although my first was a big baby and I didn’t get induced until 42 weeks. My second is measuring 4 weeks ahead at the moment

My belly is measuring 3 weeks ahead and due to an ultrasound was able to see baby is 10 days ahead in size. However neither of these factors change the due date. Just means big baby
