Riding
When you ride are you supposed to go up & down or back & forth? I rode my dude up & down & don’t really enjoy it that much, it feels better when he moves himself/when he does the work. And I was looking at some posts and it said to “grind” when riding, how do I do that lol? We usually do it in the car so I just hop over & ride him.
