Myo and D-Chiro-Inositol
With having cycles between 40-52 days since July I’ve had enough... changing up my diet and I’m trying it out. Even though I’m not officially diagnosed with PCOS (yet, seeing an OB in a couple weeks) I’m hoping it will help regulate things! Anyone else try(ing) this?
