I’ve had the worst head cold since the beginning of January.. it’s going on 3 weeks. I’m due in 4 weeks and want to get this thing taken care of! I have my co-ed baby shower this weekend with our family and friends and am hoping to be feeling better by then....

I’ve taken Benadryl (per my doctor), Tylenol, and my prenatals all daily. I use a essential oil diffuser next to my bed with peppermint and eucalyptus oils. I swear in the last two weeks I’ve taken two showers a day to have to steam help clear my nose and help my headache. I’ve gotten a cold sore today from my immune system being so run down too now as well...

Any other tips to help get rid of this dang cold and cold sore?! I’ll try anything!!!
