Hey mommas. Do you guys think or know if I’m having stomach pains for some days now , do you all think it’s possible to pass what ever I’m feeling through my milk to baby ?

A little back ground on me. I had lactose and IbS before pregnant. And during I was able to have diary. After seems like I’m back to no diary. But the last few days I’ve been having stomach pains and scared to boob my daughter due to the pains. I’m afraid she can get them some how.
