So with my period it’s kind of a hard time

For me that whole week bc I get extremely painful nonstop cramps and get super moody but hate talking ab it- is there a way my boyfriend can connect his account to mine so he can see my period tracking and know when I need the extra grace and love?? Like he wants to be able to know idk how tho.... is that even a thing on this app?
