Getting the Kyleena IUD tomorrow and I am so nervous. I’m on my period and plan to take ibuprofen beforehand but I made the mistake of googling it and reading the horror stories. I’m currently on oral birth control which has made me gain weight and made me have severe anxiety so my doctor thinks that using something that doesn’t contain estrogen is a good thing for me. Any positive stories or tips ? I’m so nervous so please no negativity 😩
