My period is 18 days late

I had unprotected sex on December 16th and 17th and took plan B. It was around the time that I was ovulating. My next period was due on January 3rd but it never came. Now I am 18 days late. I keep taking pregnancy text and they are all negative. I even took a blood test and it came out negative. What to do??
