Back pain???

Question

How to relieve back pain?? I'm 13 weeks and a few days and my back pain is bad .. What are some ways you calm your back pain???

Tylenol, Icy Hot patches, hubby rubbing with tennis balls, warm Epsom Salt bath :)

I baby sat my god daughter Sunday she's almost 2 and is 30 something pounds. My back hurt so bad yesterday from lifting her to potty or over the baby gate for food and snacks. I almost couldn't walk when I woke up and my lower back and hips were so stiff. I sat with a heat pad most of the day. Today its much, much better. I had spinal problems previous to getting pregnant and would usually use things I wasn't sure were pregnancy safe. With the heat pad and then tylenol I managed to bring pain to a minimum.

Back rubs from hubs is pretty much the only thing that helps for me.
