Sprintec update: IM DESPERATE

I just took my last effective pill in the package, and I’m supposed to skip the placebos and go straight to the next pack. Starting on the 15th I started bleeding but very lightly. Cramps were horrible though. My stomach became very sensitive and I felt like anything I ate triggered a punch to my stomach. Still, with some Tylenol and Advil it was manageable and I could forget about the pain. Today though, is a different story. It’s been day 7 since I started this weird light bleeding on BC and my cramps are so bad I can’t eat, or do anything but groan and lie in a fetal position. None of the painkillers are helping and the cramps are almost making me cry... I should mention that I took my pill 30 minutes later than I was supposed to, but I’ve done this before and it was never this bad?? I’ve thought about not taking tomorrow’s pill but I’m afraid that’ll make these symptoms worse😞

This is the most pain I’ve been in and this cramp is persistent... I’ve tried everything: Tylenol and Advil, hot tea, a hot bath, I’ve even tried sleeping off but I wake up and the cramp is still there!

ANY insight will help please....
