My nipples are hurting so bad. In my 30s

Okay I’ve had two augmentations. Nothing in the past two years.

I’ve breastfeed two babies. 10 years ago. My right nipple was cut four times due to complications.

I thought I didn’t have feeling in my nips anymore to be honest.

But they are driving me insane today. I’m 6dpo and 7 days from af.

Any insight or relief. Thanks so much. Been tracking a year and haven’t noticed this on my symptoms chart.
