Tween advice... Please help

Our tween has been through a lot. Her biological father makes her feel unworthy and alone.

She's been through a lot with my side as well (moving in with my boyfriend, wedding planning, wedding, house hunting, finally buying a house and moving -same city/friends/isd)

We noticed she hasn't been herself for a few months and it wasn't getting better, so we got her a therapist and have tried to be more open at home.

We decided to stop trying for a baby until she was better supported. But it was too late and I'm pregnant (after trying only 2 months). I feel like a horrible mother. I shouldn't be bringing another kid into this, when my first needs so much extra love and support from us. Do I keep the baby? If I do, how could we tell her in a way that doesn't make her feel like she is going to be replaced?
