Cough and ear infection

Hello all! I am only 4 weeks along. I’ve had a terrible cough and ear infection that I’m on amoxicillin for. Is being sick this early on bad for baby? I’m worried baby won’t stick if I’m coughing up a lung. Any words of encouragement or advice please:)
