Has anyone tried raspberry tea to start labor? And does it actually work? I’m exhausted and bout to try it. I bought the -Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea (Herbal Tea).
Only because it says “prepare womb for childbirth.

I drank it 3x daily for about a week. My water spontaneously broke and i was induced after that. I wasn't having consistent contractions or anything prior. In hindsight, i had other signs of labor but nothing i realized at the time.

I’ve been drinking it since 36 weeks. It doesn’t necessarily start labor just tones your uterus and prepares it for labor.

I've started drinking it this week at 35...mostly because its soothing my throat from this head cold...but I haven't even had s braxton hicks or any sign of labor....not that I want labor he needs to simmer for a minimum of 2 more weeks
