Yes I had dark blood spitting yesterday and red spitting today. Both seemed to have stopped this afternoon but I’m still concerned about the red blood. I’ve heard dark blood is ok and very normal

Yes. I hear it's normal as long as you aren't cramping/in pain and it isn't bright red.
