Okay so I have really heavy periods and my iron gets low sometimes because of it. like this past weekend i was so fatigued I pretty much slept two days straight. And I’ve been getting horrible headaches right before I start, which usually never happens. Has anyone ever tried iron pills during their period, I’ve heard it may help? I’m just wondering before I try them
