Pregnant or a cyst? Or..BOTH?!

So I got pregnant before but I had a missed miscarriage so I had to do an D&C then I finally got my first cycle and then try again( what my doctor recommended) now my period is 11 days late but every home pregnancy test is negative. I think i have an overian cyst. But idk if you can still be pregnant and have a cyst also. Can i have a false negative pregnancy test and still be pregnant with also a cyst?! I need to know!!

Yes you can have a cyst and be pregnant. You have to go to the doctor and get test to confirm a cyst and where it's location to determine if you need to take measures or not. I have one on my right ovary and I'm good to get pregnant.
