Diet Plan that WORKS
Hey ladies. So I've been trying to loose weight. It seems like I've been trying to loose weight for years now. I have 3 daughters via c section. Ages 14, 8, and 5. And also lost twins at 16 weeks 6 years ago. So I have had a bulge from that but since my youngest had been born it seems like I'm gaining more and more weight. No matter what I do. I am a stay at home mom. I homeschool. I don't get much exercizes outside of the house. And I don't eat much. But still if anything I keep gaining weight. I'm at the end of my rope. I've tried diet pills and they don't work for me because I don't have a large appetite the way it is. Any advice, exercise, or eating tips anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
