Clogged milk duct?
My right nipple is very sore when I feed my baby. I had a milk blister “bleb” that was extremely painful, it’s pooped and gone away. Now I feel like my nipple is hard like a rock and it’s kind of white color. I’m still feeding her on it, just worried I’ll do damage if I don’t treat whatever is wrong.
