Long periods
Does anyone have a period that lasts 7-10 days? Or am I the only one. 🤷 I stopped taking the pill about 4 months ago and every month my period has gotten longer get and heavier. It was regulated with the pill only lasting 5 days and mild. Now I have sore nipples and am very moody with painful cramps. Is this normal? Is my body still trying to regulate after being on the pill?
