Symptoms of twins

Out of curiosity...for those of you had a single birth and also a twin birth...were there any differences between the two before you found out you were having twins? If so can you share some symptoms? I am 7 weeks and have to wait a few more weeks till I get my first ob workup appointment I have two children (not twins lol 8 and 6 yo girl and boy) this pregnancy is giving me the worse symptoms ever nausea all day feel huge already...also this pregnancy is with a different guy then the others...not sure if that matters considering every pregnancy is different. Soo please share differences if you had any
