Appetite

Hey girls! So about 2 months ago I got really sick and could hardly eat, and then when I got better i still struggled to eat because I wasn’t sure whether I was hungry or nauseous. Anyway, I bit the bullet and ate, turns out I was starving! I are SO MUCH and was super satisfied. Anyway, since then I will only eat one, maybe 2 pieces of toast and then not eat much for dinner! I do get fairly hungry for dinner but am then satisfied after.... I’ve lost 2 kg in this time and haven’t been doing exercise, I’m in holidays so I’m just lazing around! What do you girls think, should I put in effort to eat more? I’m overweight and used to binge eat so easily but now I’m kinda happy I’m onto this, but a bit worried....

you should be eating more :) not eating can lead to a lot of health issues, it also doesn’t help you to lose weight as anything you do eat will be stored make sure what you eat is healthy and enough to sustain you 🥗
