My only options. Cant do estrogen so no comb pills, patch or ring for me. Depo and nexplanon had undesirable side effects. Mini pills are ok I've used them before and take them on time. I have a hard time deciding what time during the day to take them. I currently have mirena but close to a year and I still get sharp cramps- not by my ovaries it feels like my cervix cramping but sharp cramping. I check and it seems to be in place. I do love not having a period tho.
