Ok ladies we've all been there...I've got 2 hemorrhoids. They're not really painful or bleeding but they're on the outside. Any tips to shrink them or get them to go away? All the remedies I've seen focus on pain, but they don't hurt. Prep H doesn't work, I've tried witch hazel a couple times but not consistently. I've had them for a while but haven't mentioned to Dr yet, I guess about time I do. I'm 37 weeks
