Birth control and vomiting

I’ve been searching the internet and the common trend says 2 hours. So I took my combo pill at around 10-11pm it’s 2 am now and I just got really Ill and became sick. Now since its been longer than 2 hours am I still protected even though I threw up? Or do I need to take another pill....?
