New House problems HELP

So my boyfriend and I recently got a house together, and I love him dearly. But he stays up super late and his friends stay out in the living room and are crazy loud. What should I do? I don’t want to be rude to him and his friends, but by 2am I am ready for him to join me in bed. Am I crazy??
