30 pounds over weight affecting my fertility? Ttc for 7 months now and nothing maybe my weight is the problem, very disappointed and sad today

Baby girl cut it out my bff is 50 to 60 pounds over weight and she's only 4'1 and was told her weight would not allow her to conceive well guess what ? Shes 2 months prego... don't give up
