When did you finally go talk to a doctor about your fertility?

We’ve just hit our 11th month TTC and I’m thinking about finally making an appt. How long did you wait?

As soon as we start trying to conceive, I see no point of waiting 6 months or 1-2 years.

If you are in UK most Dr's won't refer you/take any action until you have been ttc for over 12 months Xx

We went as soon as we got married. I have endometriosis and husband has had cancer in childhood so we knew it would be impossible to conceive naturally (we were trying before wedding to with no luck)

This is my 11th month. At month 9, I spoke to my obgyn and we did all the basic testing (bloodwork, HSG, and semen test)
Those all came back normal and my first official apt with a specialist will be going into month 12 to dig deeper .
Praying I won’t need to move forward with anything & we get our BFP.

I was at my dr for something else and mentioned the we'd been trying for 8 months or so. She referred me to an ob and we started testing for any fertility issues. I ended up conceiving naturally after 13 months of ttc
