My Dr suggested either returning on my birth control or trying the D and C procedure not for a miscarriage but for something else. I had my Nexplanon removed three years ago and since then my periods have been erratic, lasting up to three weeks. It is as if my body cannot shed all at one time during my menstration. The dr did let me know the procedure is a non traditional way of possibly resetting my system and does not have a guarantee.

Honestly, I’m not interested in going back on birth control. I do have migraines, so my options are limited and bc seems to make me over the top when it comes to emotions, super high or super lows.

Anyone tried the D and C procedure for this type of issue? Thank you in advance.
