I fell pregnant in October my first time ever didn’t know what to expect unfortunately lost the baby in November and got diagnosed with a heart shaped womb and and I will be under high risk with any pregnancy that I have,

Had sore boobs which I never ever have and had a feeling I was pregnant again and I got my BFP!

When I fell pregnant the first time I got a really faint line and only got 1-2 on clear blue this time line is super strong and got a 3+ and I am the same amount of weeks as the last time; why am I getting 3+ this time and a stronger line?
