Not losing weight after 3 weeks?
Hi, I’m confused & losing determination lol.
I recently started working out. Do weight training 2x a week at the gym for half hour. I do 45min to an hour brisk walking on a tread everyday, then on off days do my own body weight routines. It’s only been 3 weeks and I’m still at the same weight!! I’m eating less & healthier as well... Am I really gaining muscle this fast? Like my coat does fit a tad looser but... I don’t know, don’t like the idea of being at the same weight after 3 weeks and all this hard work lol.
Is this normal, am I doing something wrong? Anyone else experience that?
