I’m 10 weeks postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding every 2.5-3 hours , we’ve decided we would like to ttc again but I’m scared of being frustrated cause I’ve heard nursing is like a natural birth control , I love nursing my baby and I don’t wanna give up on it , any tips and experiences?

Update#1 : so I basically woke up this morning with this bleeding and it’s the first time I’ve had any blood after PP blood, I kind of thought Af is back but my doctor said it’s break through bleeding that happens with breastfeeding it’s irregular as well but that doesn’t necessary mean I’m ovulating 😩 so I decided I’ll purchase ovulation kits and we’ll hope for the best.
