Thinking about switching up my birthday control. I started with the pill and now I’m using the NuvaRing, however, I am considering switching to a copper IUD so that I have less hormones being released into my body and so that I don’t have to worry about it. That being said, I have done a lot of research on it and have seen lots about mental health side effects and copper toxicity (I think that was it). Anyways, I am wondering if anyone has had good/bad/neutral experiences with it and could give me some advice! Thank you!
