Ultrasound

Hey ladies, so I am having an ultrasound today, (will update once I have a pic) but I also had one last Thursday with no heart beat yet, but that was the first time anything was seen on the ultrasound. I am currently 6W 4D I would have been 5W6D on the ultrasound here. Any ideas what it may look like today? Just trying to see what to expect, feel free t share your pics or any other pics you can find. Thank you ☺️

P.S there is a small baby like thing in the sac, the ultrasound tech measured it at 5MM or so
