Could I be pregnant?

Me and my soon to be husband have been trying to convince for almost 7 months now. We had unprotected sex on 1/3/19 and my eatimated ovulation date was on 1/4/19, I'm 4 days late and I've been having slight cramps here and there. Some days I feel slightly nauseous, my nipples also are sensitive. Should I take the test??
