How do u find out if u O based on BBT temps ? New to this

You don’t always get a dip in temperature on O day. As long as you have three consecutive temps at least 0.4 degrees higher than your last six days you can confirm. It all sounds confusing until you actually start to see a pattern on your chart. Just make sure you are taking it at the same time every day and you are getting at least 4 consecutive hours of sleep

On ovulation day you’ll have a dip in your temperature and then you must get three consecutive high temperatures that are higher than the previous six temperatures that will confirm ovulation
